In 2020, 4th of July celebrations across northwestern Michigan were being cancelled because of the pandemic. But a little village named Harrietta held it’s very first fireworks show: Sparks in the Park! The community came together (while socially distanced) for food, fun, and fireworks arranged by the Hemstreet family and hosted by the Village Council.

Join us again on July 3 at the Memorial Park! Relax as the sun sets. Enjoy outdoor games, music, and the playground for kids. Don’t forget to bring your own seating and snacks!

PSA: We want everyone to be comfortable during this time. We encourage you to bring your own masks, hand sanitizer, and/or wipes. Social distancing is also encouraged. Please follow CDC guidelines and stay safe!
